What does the Deep Dive course offer?

Deep Dive offers a comprehensive, long-term lifestyle transformation that will improve and sustain your health, fitness and wellbeing. Whether you need to lose weight, get fitter or work on better balance with your work and personal lives, this course will really help you. The sessions are fun and you'll quickly feel at ease with Joe's coaching style and personality. Clients and Joe feel like they establish a professional friendship as the course progresses.

What if I have a very busy schedule or travel often?

No problem! We can Zoom call from pretty much anywhere. We can be flexible too with the day and time of each call. I'll be available to receive email and messaging wherever you are.

Do I need to join a gym or buy special equipment?

Not at all. All exercise is designed to work from home, in minimal time, with little equipment needed. The course is designed for busy professionals who either haven't got time for the gym or dislike that environment.

How are the sessions delivered?

Coaching is provided via fortnightly Zoom calls, email and WhatsApp/text messaging.

Can I apply for coaching if I’ve never done a wellness course before?

Absolutely. These programs are beginner-friendly and structured to support you step-by-step with expert guidance from Joe.
