ONLINE AND FACE TO FACE GROUP COACHING


Changing Your Mind

We honour your consumer rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right tocancel any programme within 14 days of purchase—even if it’s online. 

If you have accessed online or face to face coaching during that 14-day window, you’re still welcome to cancel—but we’ll apply a proportionate refund, based on:

1. How many trainings or resources you’ve accessed 
2. How many coaching calls you’ve attended 
3. Any admin or material costs already incurred 

This ensures fairness and respects the value of the programme delivered. 

If the Online and Face to Face Courses Don’t Meet Your Expectations

If the online or face to face coaching programmes don't match what was described, or if the quality of coaching  falls short, you’re protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act.

We have a responsibility to: 

1. Deliver the service with reasonable care and skill.

2. Ensure that any information we gave you (written or spoken) is accurate and binding 
if you relied on it in your decision to enrol 

If we fall short on this, you’re entitled to a remedy. This could include: 

1. Repeating or correcting the parts of the programme that didn’t meet the standard, at no extra cost.
2. Or, if that’s not possible, a price reduction (up to 100% of the cost depending on the 
situation), refunded within 14 days of agreement.

If You Believe You Were Mis-Sold

We work hard to clearly communicate what our courses are designed to achieve—and 
what’s expected from you as a participant.

  • Website and social media content
  • Sales emails and consultation calls


Programme resources and onboarding materials

With all online and face-to-face courses, we also offer a consultation where you’re 
Encouraged to ask anything you need to make an informed decision. 

If you feel you were mis-sold, you’re entitled to cancel and request a refund under the same terms as changing your mind. 

Confidentiality 

All group face to face coaching sessions are confidential. 

You are welcome to share your personal experiences outside of the group, but you may not share: 

1. Other members' stories or anything shared in session 

2. Any part of the programme materials, session content, or recordings 

3. Group conversations, tools, or coaching frameworks on social media or elsewhere 
We are deeply committed to safety and trust. Repeated breaches of confidentiality or 
programme rules may result in your removal from the programme without refund.

Disclaimers

Your results are your responsibility—we’ll provide tools, coaching, and guidance, but your progress depends on your application of the work. 

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or psychiatric care. 
Please seek appropriate professional support if needed. 

Our programmes are for educational and coaching purposes only. 

By participating, you agree to respect the boundaries, rules, and confidentiality of the 
programme space.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD REFUND POLICY 

1. Guide Usage  
After purchasing a course or guide, the user will be given access to the course or guide 
materials through an activation link delivered in their email.
 
2. Fees & Payment Processing  
In consideration for access to the course or guide provided by Joechadwick.com, the user agrees to compensate Joechadwick.com the fee indicated on the online shopping cart. If any payment methods are declined by the online payment processor, the buyer shall provide a new eligible payment method before receiving access to the course or guide. In the event the user has already been given access to the course or guide and a payment method is declined, Joechadwick.com reserves the right to collect any and all outstanding receivables. 

3. Refund Policy  
Due to the nature of digital guides being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no 
refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by the user in connection with the course or guide will be allowed under any circumstances. If you want to discuss this further, please contact us via email: support@joechadwick.com  

4. Personal Information 
By purchasing the course or guides, the user will be asked to provide personal information including their name, email address, mailing and billing address. The buyer agrees to allow Joechadwick.com access to this personal information for all lawful purposes. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the identifying information, maintaining the safety and security of their identifying information, and updating Joechadwick.com on any changes to their identifying information. 

If the user submits an incorrect email address, Joechadwick.com will not be able to alter the email on our system.  If a typographical error has been made, please email 
Joechadwick.com and we will endeavor to help you.   


The billing information provided to Joechadwick.com by the user will be kept secure and is subject to the same confidentiality and accuracy requirements as the user’s identifying information indicated above.
 
5. Guarantees  
Joechadwick.com does not make any guarantees as to the results, including physical, 
academic, financial or other personal gains, of the user’s use of the course or guides. The buyer agrees to take responsibility for their own results with regard to using the course or guides. 

6. Release & Reasonable Expectations  
The buyer has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Joechadwick.com’s business and has a reasonable expectation that Joechadwick.com’s course or guides will produce different outcomes and results for each buyer. The buyer understands and agrees that:  

  • Every user and final result using the course or guides is different;
  • The courses and guides are intended for a mass audience.

7. Entire Agreement 

This is a binding Agreement that incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, 
supersedes any other written or oral agreements between the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. 

8. Transfer  

This agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party without written consent of both parties.
 
9. Severability 

In the event that any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the 
remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.
