By implementing the plan on a daily basis you will see improved results in your fitness and strength and conditioning. The amount of fat you lose will depend on your diet. If weight loss is your goal, you will turbo charge your results if you include implementing the 'Food and Drink Plan.'

What if I have a very busy schedule or travel often?

No problem! You can implement the exercise plan anywhere. You won't necessarily be able to use dumbbells, but the exercises can be done by just using your body weight.

What is the structure of the exercise plan?

The plan is a quick daily resistance and cardio exercise workout. It's a cumulative approach, where a little a day, every day leads to great results. There are 4 resistance exercises that come with both a written and video explanation. The only equipment required are dumbbells. It's a progressive plan too. When you get stronger you can increase the weight and/or sets.
