Each week Joe introduces resources and coaching techniques to work progressively with the group. The course is bespoke too, with each participant having their own health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

Joe coaches a maximum of 10 participants to offer a bespoke experience.
How are the sessions delivered?

Joe will discuss this once you have applied for the coaching and you have reach the discussion phase on Zoom or in person . It depends on factors including number of participants.
