What is the structure of the Strong Foundations course?

The Strong Foundations course runs for 12 weeks with a weekly, in person, group coaching session with Joe. Each week Joe introduces resources and coaching techniques to work progressively with the group. The course is bespoke too, with each participant having their own health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

Where do the sessions take place?

At businesses within 10 miles of Cheltenham. UK

How many participants can be in the group?

Joe coaches a maximum of 10 participants to offer a bespoke experience.

How are the sessions delivered?

Coaching is provided via weekly Zoom calls, video modules, and community support platforms for accountability and guidance.

How much is the course?

Joe will discuss this once you have applied for the coaching and you have reach the discussion phase on Zoom or in person . It depends on factors including number of participants.
