Yes you will lose weight, potentially I lot of weight as have many people, including Joe, by implementing the plan. But you have to take action and have a disciplined mindset, preferably with a support and accountability network. You will turbo charge your results if you add both resistance and cardio exercise to your daily schedule throughout the plan. What if I have a very busy schedule or travel often?
For the first 10 days of the plan it's best to be in your home environment. After which the plan follows regular meal patterns so travel is fine. Prepping meals throughout the plan will help you be successful with your busy schedule.

What is the structure of the plan?
The first 8 days is the detox phase of the plan, getting the liver into the best condition to burn fat. It's very low carb and only water is consumed. This phase also includes a fast on day 8.
Days 9 to 11 is the Keto phase, where higher levels of fat are consumed, all within your BMR calorie range.
Days 12 to 30 is all about returning to regular meals, centered around a balance of macros and any drink is permitted. The occasional treat is also welcomed. However, to continue to burn fat and lose weight, setting a daily calorie range lower than your BMR is important.
