Meet Joe Chadwick – Wellness Coach

Originally from London, I’ve always had an active lifestyle and enjoyed playing sports. I’ve been working in the sports industry for the last 23 years as a tennis coach and more recently as a personal trainer and online wellness coach and have taken huge satisfaction in supporting people and improving their health, fitness and wellbeing.

A bad leg break several years ago resulted in huge weight gain, depression and a long recovery. This experience motivated me to qualify as a personal trainer and support other people in their health, fitness and wellbeing goals. I love working with people and I have formed lifelong friendships. Often clients have a solution (they may not know it at the time) and just need my support and motivation to discover it.

Like many people, the last few of years have been a challenge and I have had to adapt to a new environment. A period of re-evaluation made me realise my work life balance needed to change. This has led me invest in education and training to deliver a coaching service to a broader audience specifically supporting busy professionals to improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.

This new environment has already led to many successful collaborations with clients who have been action takers and with my support have become more energised, happier and more productive both personally and professionally. I’ve certainly experienced this, my clients have and you can too.
