How Coaching Works

Coaching is a collaboration between myself and a client. The client wants a specific result, which in my niche, is my expert support to help busy professionals like them lose weight and improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.

Successful coaching requires the client to be an action taker and go to places that are out of their comfort zone. The same can be said for myself as the coach. Each experience and relationship is unique and the service bespoke. It is up to me to help create an environment where change can happen with a positive mindset, empowering the client.

I help busy professionals, who are time restricted, take back control of their weight and health, fitness and wellbeing and become leaders when it comes to their lifestyles and long term goals. We work on the inner and outer aspects of their lives to create balance. They learn powerful ways to foster good habits in their daily routines for the long term.

I offer two bespoke results based coaching packages that can be tailored to you, to achieve transformative results. 

 

Overview

Fast Start: 

‘Improve Your Health, Fitness and Wellbeing and Lose 10 lbs + of Weight in 35 days’ package:

  • A deep awareness and understanding of your current lifestyle, what shapes your world and what you wish to achieve. This includes a survey to establish your eating and drinking habits and activity levels. 

  • A bespoke food & drink plan with delicious recipe ideas. It’s a plan that resulted in me successfully lost 57 kg. 

  • An easy, time sensitive and progressive exercise plan to turbo charge your weight loss and health, fitness and wellbeing. This plan really helped me to improve my health, fitness and wellbeing.

  • Breathing and mindfulness techniques.

  • Morning rituals and habit training to expedite your progress.

  • A 1 hour online coaching session once a week (5 hours in total), where we review the past week and I support you using my coaching tools, skills and experience to empower you with self awareness and accountability and help you reach your goals.

  • Ongoing empathetic support throughout your time with me via text/Whatsapp.

Deep Dive:

‘Improve Your Health, Fitness and Wellbeing and Lose 20 lbs + of Weight in 90 Days’ package:

All of the above and:

  • 7 additional hours of online coaching.

  • We’ll work on more lifestyle and habit changes to continue transforming your health, fitness and wellbeing. You’ll feel happier, stronger and more productive.

  • We’ll continue with your bespoke food & drink plan. As you’ve been through the plan before, you’ll be more confident to achieve even better results the second time round with your new lifestyle and good habits.

  • Progressive exercise plan: As you get leaner and fitter you’ll want bigger challenges and maybe include other activities such as swimming and jogging. We’ll look at what you enjoy and will inspire you to lose more body fat and feel great.

 

There is a conclusion to the coaching relationship and it is at this point that you have achieved the result you want, or you feel empowered to go it alone, maintaining your weight and health, fitness and wellbeing with confidence and faith. I am always available for ongoing support and welcome updates from my former clients.
