The Strong Foundations Program is an in person, comprehensive and personalised 12-week team coaching experience designed to help employees build sustainable wellness habits and become happier and more productive.
Through structured guidance and exercises, expert support, and fun, motivational coaching, participants will achieve their health, fitness, and well-being goals with confidence.
They’ll develop coaching and leadership skills when working collaboratively together.
What’s Included?
1. Assessment & Goal Setting
We begin with an online assessment for clear and personalised goal setting to create a wellness roadmap tailored to each participant’s needs.
🔹 Personalised Plan
A customised wellness plan covering dietary improvements, exercise routines, stress management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments, evolving over the course.
🔹 Weekly 60-Minute In-Person Wellness Session
Team building, collaborative, team coaching to track progress, address challenges, and refine strategies.
🔹 Ongoing Support
Continuous email and WhatsApp support for each participant to provide guidance, motivation, and accountability throughout the 12 weeks.
2. Progress Monitoring & Inspiration
Participants will receive ongoing education, motivation, and monitoring to ensure lasting success.
