Wellness & Weight Management Programs At Work
I provide wellness & weight management programs in the workplace to improve employee mental & physical health, productivity, and team morale.
The 3 month programs are for small groups that encourage team work, accountability and a shared goal. However, each employee has a unique set of circumstances, so the programs are also personalised and bespoke in nature.
I provide progressive coaching tools to support employees in achieving their wellness and weight loss goals.
