I provide wellness & weight management programs in the workplace to improve companies employee mental & physical health, productivity, and team morale.

The 3 month programs are for small groups that encourage team work, accountability and a shared goal. However, each employee has a unique set of circumstances, so the programs are also personalised and bespoke in nature.
